Pinnacle Point - The Point of Human Origins can be found only 29km from the lovely Sandpiper Guest Cottages in Boggoms Bay. It makes for a great family outing, involving 1.5hours or a morning.
Archaeological research has shown that all humans alive today descend from a small population that lived between 150,000 and 200,000 years ago. Some of those people lived in the Mossel Bay area.
