Pondokkie is one of our rustic cabins in the bush, totally off the grid with peaceful bush and sea views. A true gem for the nature lover.
This is a dream spot if you want to be truly "off the grid" for a few days (or perhaps longer). The isolated location, surrounded by nature and within a short walking distance of the ocean and its beautiful beach, is truly rare. The cottage is old, but very authentic, and certainly comfortable, well-maintained, and tidy. For nature and animal lovers, it is a little paradise.

It was a lovely cozy stay. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The only hiccup is that the gas oven takes a long time to get warm and cook food. So we opted to cook everything on the fire which was nice. It is an ideal place to get out of the hustle and bustle
